Code of Conduct Policy Violation Sanctions

Possible Code of Conduct Sanctions may include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Verbal Warning: A statement advising the student that a violation of the Student Code of Conduct has been committed and that further misconduct may result in more severe disciplinary action. 2. Written Warning: A written statement advising the student that a violation of the Student Code of Conduct has been committed and that further misconduct may result in more severe disciplinary action. 3. Disciplinary Probation: Removal of the student from good standing. Students may be subject to loss of participation in extra-curricular activities. Additional restrictions or conditions may also be imposed. Probation shall last for a stated period of time and until specific conditions have been met. Any violations of these rules or College policies committed during the probationary period will subject the student to further discipline and/or more severe sanctions, to include suspension or expulsion. 4. Community Service: Completion of a determined number of hours in a designated setting as assigned by Conduct Hearing Officer, Student Conduct Committee, the Associate Dean, or their designee. Community Service assignments may include on- and/or off-campus sites. Community Service may be imposed alone or in conjunction with other sanctions. 5. Educational Sanctions: Completion of an educational module based on a topic appropriate to the violation, reflective paper, and other forms of education –
