 Any items left behind after check-out will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by the College.

Final Walk-Through

 A final walk-through will be conducted with a Housing and Residence Life staff member to ensure the room meets all check-out requirements.  Any damages or cleaning issues noted during the final walk-through will be charged to the resident's account.

Check-Out Form

 Residents must complete and sign a check-out form, confirming that all check out procedures have been followed.  The form will include an itemized list of any damages or cleaning charges, if applicable.

Financial Obligations

 Students will receive a copy of the check-out receipt and all listed damages when they hand in their key post-inspection. All billing and fees associated with damages will be communicated to the student via email.  Failure to settle these obligations may result in a hold on the resident’s academic records.

Summer Storage

 Beacon College does not provide on-campus storage for personal belongings. Students are encouraged to identify a local storage unit if storage is necessary.  Beacon College is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
