intimidating, hostile, or offensive working or educational environment, the complaints of conduct must be either severe, persistent, or pervasive. 6. Sexual Exploitation a. Taking non-consensual or abusive sexual advantage of another for the benefit of oneself or a third party. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:  Photography or video recording of another person in a sexual, intimate, or private act without that person’s full knowledge and consent;  Purposeful distribution or dissemination of sexual or intimate images or recordings of another person without that person’s full knowledge and consent;  Sexual voyeurism;  Inducing another to expose one’s genitals or private areas;  Prostituting another student; and/or  Engaging in unprotected sexual activity while knowingly infected with a sexually transmitted infection without the party’s full knowledge and consent. Students living in College housing must be enrolled as a full-time student. Each student is responsible for all activities that occur in their assigned room. If a student allows behaviors or items that violate residence hall or College policy in their room, they are considered to have consented to these violations. Students must actively ensure that their room remains free of unlawful or inappropriate behaviors and items. 1. Care of Space a. Each student is responsible for the care of their assigned room and its furnishings/equipment. This includes keeping both residence and shared Housing Policies
