Residents who have been locked out of their apartment must contact the Campus Safety. b. Residents may be asked to confirm possession of their apartment key and may be issued fines/fees for replacement keys or excessive lockouts. When a key is reported lost, stolen, or duplicated, the lock will be changed at the resident's expense. c. Residents are strongly encouraged not to loan their keys to others as it creates a security risk. d. Residents are not permitted to install their own internal lock in place of a college-issued lock and should secure valuables in a secure safe or lockbox. e. All residence hall keys and ID cards are the sole property of Beacon College and may not be duplicated except by the College. 8. Maximum Occupancy a. The number of individuals who may occupy a room, suite or apartment at any given time is limited to three (3) times the number of residents assigned to the room, suite, or apartment. 9. Occupancy Restrictions a. Squatting and harboring non-residents during the academic year, including holiday and semester breaks, are prohibited. Storing property for a non resident is also prohibited. b. Subleasing rooms/apartments to another person is not allowed. 10. Pet Policy a. Only previously approved Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals are permitted in the residence halls. b. Pets visiting residents are not permitted. c. Students with approved Emotional Support Animals must abide by the policy provided at the time of approval. 11. Photographic and Video-graphic Recording a. All persons have a reasonable expectation of privacy while living in student housing communities. Taking still photographs, making a video recording,
