IMPORTANT NOTES: ● Student Check-in & Move-In
○ Friday, January 16, 2026, 9:30 a.m. to Noon ● New Student Orientation : Friday, January 16, 2026 - Sunday, January 18, 2026 ○ New Student Orientation is a required program for all incoming students ○ All meals for students are provided throughout the duration of Orientation ● Parent & Family Orientation: Friday, January 16, 2026 - Saturday, January 17, 2026 ● Student events available on Monday, January 19, 2026 for the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday ● Spring Term Begins Tuesday, January 20, 2026 Friday, January 16, 2026
9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. New Student Check-in & Move-in
Location: Student Center (118 E. Main Street, Leesburg, FL 34748)
Your journey begins here! During check-in, you’ll receive your housing key and complete the clearance process; faculty, staff, and student leaders will be on hand to answer questions.
Clearance offices include: Financial Aid, Registrar, Accounting Services, Health Services, and Housing & Residential Life. If you’d like

to expedite your check-in process, please complete and submit new student paperwork prior to your arrival on campus.
Once your check-in has been completed, spend the day moving into your new home and setting up your room!
Parking is available across the street from the Student Center, enter on Magnolia Street.
12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lunch

2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Campus Tours Location: Meet at the RAP / PAR Courtyard
Join us for a walking tour around campus!
3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Introduction to Orientation and the Cohort Collective Location: Palace Theater (414 W. Main Street, Leesburg, FL 34748)
Meet Hanah Diebold, Dean of Students, as she introduces you to your Orientation Group and shares an overview of the Orientation schedule.
3:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
Welcome from Leadership Location: Palace Theater (414 W. Main Street, Leesburg, FL 34748)
Join us for a welcome from Dr. Dana Manzo, Vice President of Student Affairs, Dr. Kevin Reilly, Vice President of Academic Affairs, and Dr. George Hagerty, President of Beacon College.
4:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Join us for a dynamic panel discussion where you’ll hear from individuals who have directly experienced the transition to Beacon. They will share honest insights about the role of family support, the challenges and successes of the first year, and the experiences that contributed most to their growth.

Please join Orientation Leaders, students, and families for a special lunch. Take time for final farewells, pictures, and hugs before parents & families depart campus.
