PROGRAM AGENDA | FEB. 8, 2025

Arrival & Shuttle to Registration 8 am – 9 am @ 115 East Main Street, Leesburg Park on campus and take a quick shuttle over to the destination for our morning programming! Enjoy refreshments and snacks while settling in. Get To Know Us: Presentations 9 am – 11:30 am @ Venetian Gardens Hear from campus leadership about academic programs, academic support, career development, campus life and more. Lunch & Student Panel 11:30 am – 1 pm @ Venetian Gardens Meet current Beacon students and hear about their experiences in and out of the classroom in this live student panel. Campus Tour 1 pm – 2:30 pm in smaller groups Experience our beautiful campus through this guided tour! Meet & Greet Resource Fair 2:30 pm – 4 pm @ Student Center Visit with campus representatives from academic majors and other offices! Make connections and ask any remaining questions.

PARKING ON CAMPUS

Families are encouraged to park in the lot at 115 East Main Street , which can be accessed from East Magnolia Street. There will be signage and a representative there to help you take the shuttle to Venetian Gardens for our morning programming.
