STUDIO ARTS The Studio Arts major prepares students how to think as artists. Students learn to demonstrate contemporary art practices and procedures through the creation of a professional quality portfolio containing artist statements, resume, and professional quality images of personal artwork. The Associate of Arts degree in Studio Arts provides students with an educational foundation in the fundamentals of art. The Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Arts prepares students with a comprehensive studio arts foundation preparing them for employment, self-employment, or the rigor of graduate school.
