DUE DATES and PAYMENT INFORMATION

PAYMENT DUE DATES Fall July 1 Spring November 16 Summer April 1

Students are permitted to attend class only if semester payment has been received or payment arrangements completed for that semester. Financial holds will be placed on accounts with uncleared balances after the drop/add period each semester. Holds prevent students from accessing grades, registering for classes, obtaining transcripts and receiving their diploma. The College reserves the right to assess a late fee of 1% per month (12% per year) on any sum not paid when due. New Students : A non-refundable deposit of $425 is due upon receipt of the Intent to Enroll form and will be applied to the first term of attendance. This deposit is forfeited should you not attend for any reason. Payments may be made by check, credit card or wire transfer. All payments should be made payable to Beacon College .
