Any granted appeal may be modified or overturned if new information is presented thereafter. Additionally, if the student is again charged with similar offenses and found responsible for that allegation, the prior granted appeal may be revisited in light of that new evidence. The appellate authority may make one of the following recommendations: 1. Affirm 2. Alter outcome of sanctions 3. Remand to the Committee to evaluate new evidence 4. Order a new hearing
