3. Actions Against Members of the College Community and Others a. Any act, or attempted act, perpetuated against another person or persons including, but not limited to members of the College community. 4. Alcohol a. Unlawful or unauthorized possession, use, distribution, delivery, or sale of alcohol and/or public intoxication; consumption that endangers oneself; or operating a vehicle while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol. b. Possession, use, and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under the age of 21. c. Purchasing or providing alcohol to persons under the age of 21. d. Possession of alcohol containers by persons under the age of 21. e. Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages on college property including, but not limited to: apartments and other residential facilities, classroom buildings, administrative offices. f. Possession or use of common source containers (kegs, beer bongs, etc.). g. Any activity or conduct involving the use of alcohol that is in violation of law. h. The possession and/or use or any alcohol paraphernalia (empty bottles as decoration in a student residence). 5. Assault a. Intentionally or recklessly causing physical harm to another individual or individuals. b. Intentionally or knowingly causing physical contact with another when the person knows or should reasonably believe that the other will regard the contact as offensive or provocative. 6. Bullying a. Repeated or severe aggressive behaviors that intimidate or intentionally harm or control another person physically or emotionally. b. To include cyber-bullying: Bullying, harassing contact, or intimidation through electronic means.
