 Entering into the student's assigned campus housing;  Talking to roommates and other friends;  Reviewing the student’s network print or email accounts to determine most recent activity; and  Checking the student’s social networking sites. A person shall be determined to be missing if:  Search efforts are unsuccessful in locating the student in a reasonable amount of time; or  It is apparent immediately that the student is a missing person (e.g., a witnessed abduction); or  It has been determined that the student has been missing for more than 24 hours. No later than 24 hours after determining that a student is missing, the Dean, or their designee will notify the emergency contact and advise that the student is believed to be missing.

Clery Report

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is a federal law that requires colleges and universities to collect crime data, report and disseminate this information to the campus community and the Department of Education on an annual basis.
