WHY YOU’LL LOVE STUDYING ANTHROZOOLOGY AT BEACON

Interacting, studying and caring for animals will be part of your daily life as an anthrozoology major. You’ll study with other students who are passionate about animals, working with expert faculty with deep experience in the field. On-campus resources include domesticated animals, small mammals, birds, snakes, amphibians, fish and more. Off-campus, you’ll observe animals their natural environment, from alligators to birds of prey. Expand Your Career Horizons You can extend the career value and marketability of your Anthrozoology degree by adding a minor in another field, such as education, hospitality or entrepreneurship. Beacon College students have combined an interest in studio arts with a major or minor in Anthrozoology to pursue careers as animal habitat designers.
