I began working at Beacon College over the Labor Day weekend of 2003. That year, the college’s opening had a late start due to the construction and completion of the Village Apartments complex. I remember witnessing a dedicated
Beacon College continued to flourish in its development through the years.
Being a part in the process of developing students brought a sense of accomplishment and pride in all as the student body continued to mature in new and important ways. At the same time, Beacon College solidified its standing in the college community as a place of higher learning supported with state-of-the-art living facilities and programs designed to empower students and provide a holistic development approach to the college living and learning experience. I was honored to have served the college and work with a dedicated cadre that provided a unique and specialized experience to a select group of learners. I wish the college and its constituents well at this celebration period, and continue to appreciate the importance of serving students who learn differently.

You could see the pride in all, and this milestone solidified the college campus experience for the student body. As an institution of higher learning, this final piece of the college experience that provided a social setting that brought the college community together was pivotal in the development of both the college and the student body.
